Meet Our Experienced Leadership Team

Jeremy Mast

OWNER

Of the 27 years Jeremy has worked in the Fire/EMS field, 22 have been as a paramedic. He has served as a 911 medic and an operations manager in the private ambulance sector, giving him hands-on and administrative experience.

During his time in EMS, he was in and out of thousands of homes, witnessing the desire of so many to have in-home care. At New Outlook Home Care, he desires to use his experience as a medic to help identify needs and develop a plan to help clients stay safely in their homes.

Jeff Valderrama

OWNER

Jeff has been a powerful force in developing three successful in-home care agencies throughout the country and rebuilding another office in Northern Indiana (where he and his family are from).

Relationships are significant to Jeff; he strives to show this through his care for his employees and clients. His primary ambition is to lead by example in life and the workplace because he understands that respect is earned, not just given by a title.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys kayaking, fishing, and hiking. He also values spending quality time with his family and friends.
